Xeno-Urban Architects is responsible for some of the most unique and beautiful homes in the Western Cape Garden Route. We regularly work in many of top the residential estates in the region such as Oubaai, Kingswood, Fancourt, Breakwater Bay, Monate, Pezula, Simola, Pinnacle Point and more. We have experience with eco-estates and golf estates and can adapt to their stringent rules, but we also love working on free-standing properties which allow for limitless creativity.

We believe in working closely with our clients to create projects that are uniquely suited to their tastes and desires. We imbue all our projects with a special connection to the beautiful natural surroundings we are so blessed with in the area and we can offer services that range from design only, all the way through to full project administration. We also take on extensive additions and alterations or renovation projects.
